Food is the primary source of healing in Remnants of Skystone and is consumed by selecting it in the inventory.

Obtaining Food[]

Food can either be dropped by mimics or purchased using spores or Brass from Madame Bristlecone in Nidaria. The food dropped by mimics tends to heal between 50 and 75 health, whereas the food obtained from the shop heals anything up to 500 health. Purchased food has a price of about two thirds of its health value in spores.

Later in the game food can be grown in compost, though the seeds must still be purchased from Madame Bristlecone this also takes watering every day for three days to produce results.
