Brief: Find the 12 lost Chaps in the Sewers

Objectives:
- Find the 12 Lost Chaps (12/12)
- Return the Chaps to Lana
Quest giver: Well hey there, [player's name], I'm in a little bit of a pickle. I just got done making a new batch of clothes, and wouldn't you know they got carried off by the wind again. If you've got the time, I could sure use a hand findin' that clothing down on the ground.
You'll be lookin' for 12 pairs of Crag chaps, and I'm thinkin' they landed somewhere down in the Steamport Sewers. Let me know when you've found 'em all!
