Riverspawn are spider-like mimics that are only seen when fighting the guardian mimic Riverfang. They are similar to Webdanglers and Toy Recluses. Riverspawns can be found in the southern area of the Ridgeback Highlands. Riverspawn drop Standard Drops unlike other special mimics. Farming these mimics during a boss battle can help you obtain food if you have no other option.

Shoot it from a safe distance, or shoot it and fly away and come back.
Ferric[]
Hit it, then jump away. Repeat until dead.
Crag[]
Hit it, then grapple away. Swinging into them is also a viable option.
