- Collect 1 Empty Spice Jar in all of Steamport City
- Take the Empty Jar to Rook Edwards.
- Quest giver: I just got my hands on some Vanilla! Would you be interested in any?
If you stumble upon an Empty Spice Jar, I will gladly fill it up for you. It could be in the Ruins, the Sewers, or even the Factory.
Hurry up, because this stuff is going fast! I can't promise you that any Vanilla will be left by the end of today.
